Last week, Fisa Group successfully hosted the C-Level Financial Services Forum – Mexico Edition, a key event that brought together top leaders in the financial sector to share insights, success stories, and the main challenges in the journey toward digital transformation. The event took place in a high-level environment, with executives and representatives from the Mexican financial ecosystem, including major players from the SOFOM sector.
The Virtuous Triangle of Digital Transformation
One of the highlights of the event was the presentation by Mauricio Dulon, a Customer Experience (CX) expert and international speaker, who introduced the Virtuous Triangle of Digital Transformation. This concept revolves around three core pillars: Customer Experience, Innovation, and Agility, inviting attendees to rethink and transform not only their technological processes but also the organizational culture and leadership within financial institutions. Mauricio's session provided valuable tools and insights for effectively implementing digital transformation.

During the event, we had the honor of hearing from Gerardo Fernández Mena, CEO of FINANCIERA MAESTRA (Crédito Maestro), who shared his digital transformation journey. This case has become a national and international benchmark, showcasing how technology can be a key driver for operational efficiency and improving the customer experience in the financial sector. Gerardo's contribution was particularly valuable, illustrating how vision and leadership can make all the difference in the path to digitalization.
